So... I think something is compelling me to PROVE my ultimate nerdiness...
it has come down to this.


Maple Global is having a halloween event.. one of the things is sending in a real cosplay image of yourself.....

I apparently lost some brain cells over the weekend. And I said:
""OKAY! I WANT TO DO THIS!"

setting aside the fact of how horribly geeky/dumb this idea was,
let's not mention the fact that my character is a spearman
meaning I wear armor?...

well.

I went ahead and made these:


Sorry, a crappy image but yeah. They're.. the earrings my character wears in the game.

then... genius me said, lets make armor
(some odd hours later while watching Kiss the Girls)
I made a heap of paper + tape that... looks like a child's football uniform made of scrap garbage.

So I just... decided to test out my second option of psuedo mask first:

... I had to inhale alot of marker fumes (the face is colored with permenant marker)

I think it did some permanent damage, because I'm going to try and finish the armor this week.
